1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sanva, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including members, coaches, and visitors. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@sanva.app. You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
3. Subscription & Billing
Sanva offers a 7-day free trial on all plans. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually depending on the plan you selected. You can cancel at any time — access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Prices are displayed in USD for reference but you will be charged in your local currency via Stripe. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided except where required by applicable law.
4. Content & Programs
All programs, articles, and content on Sanva are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Sanva content without written permission. Content is provided for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme.
5. Coaching Services
Coaches on Sanva are independent professionals. Sanva facilitates the connection and provides the tools, but is not responsible for the specific advice given during coaching sessions. We vet coaches for credentials and quality standards but do not endorse any specific coaching advice. Sessions are booked and paid for separately from your subscription.
6. Community Conduct
The Sanva community is built on mutual respect. You may not post or share content that is abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or harmful. Sanva reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Sanva platform are the property of Sanva or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Sanva intellectual property without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sanva in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Sanva may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Sanva is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
