To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Coach Listings and Services

Coaches are independent providers and not employees, agents, or representatives of GetFitNow.io. While we may perform limited background checks or identity verification, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any coaching services.

Each Coach is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of their profile and qualifications
• Setting their own prices, availability, and methods
• Complying with all laws, licenses, and regulations that apply to their services

5. Payments and Fees

GetFitNow.io uses third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to facilitate payments between Clients and Coaches. We may charge a service fee or commission, which will be disclosed before any transaction is completed.

All payments are final. Coaches may set their own cancellation or refund policies, and Clients should review these before booking.

6. Platform Rules

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Circumvent the platform to avoid fees or conduct off-platform transactions
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GetFitNow.io—including branding, website design, and software—is the property of GetFitNow or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

GetFitNow.io is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from coaching services arranged through the platform.

Use of coaching services is at your own risk. Always consult with a medical professional before starting any fitness program.
